You, and others at your member organization, are invited to participate in the Southpointe Leadership Academy presented by Robert Morris University. Please see the attachment for more information on the first program, as well as the details on the tuition discount for Association Members.

From the SLA coordinators......
"The Southpointe Leadership Academy (SLA) is designed to prepare managers and supervisors to refine and expand core competencies in professional leadership. For recently appointed managers and supervisors, the SLA provides opportunities to become equipped with tools necessary in their new roles. For the experienced manager or supervisor, the SLA will reinforce building blocks of leadership excellence, while addressing existing challenges of evolving organizations. For the employer, the SLA provides an industry specific learning curriculum. The end result is a professionally developed and custom designed program without high overhead costs."

Initial SLA programs are delivered for working professionals in three half-day sessions, one session per week, to minimize work interruption. Robert Morris University will bring experts to the Southpointe Industrial Park by conveniently holding sessions at one of its SLA corporate partners.
