2004 World Class Chief Executive Series Awardee

Chuck Baily, Sr., President and CEO of the Baily Insurance Agency is the recipient of the 2004 World Class Chief Executive Series Award, presented by the Southpointe CEO Association. The award acknowledges the significant role Chuck Baily Sr. has played in the growth and development of Southwestern PA businesses like, Millcraft, Universal SmartComp, Southpointe Golf Club, Community Bank, Waynesburg College and many others.
Pat Schultz, Executive Director of the CEO Association stated, "Each year, the Southpointe CEO Association, chooses an outstanding Chief Executive to be an "Honorary Member". This year, we chose to recognize someone who has been a CEO in Southwestern PA for more than 40 years and is well known and highly respected by many of our Members, Chuck Baily, Sr." In addition to steering the Baily Insurance Agency in Waynesburg through nearly a half century of changes, Chuck Baily Sr. has been a Director on several Boards, including serving as: President of the Board of Community Bank, and President of the Board of Trustees of Waynesburg College.
