Article XI
Interpretation of By-Laws; Separability

Section 11.1 Interpretation. All words, terms and provisions of these By-Laws shall be
interpreted and defined by and in accordance with the Pennsylvania BCL. If any provision
of these By-Laws shall be inconsistent with any provision of the Articles, the provision of the Articles shall prevail. Where any provision of these By-Laws refers to a rule or a process as set forth in these By-Laws, the references shall be construed to include and be satisfied by any
rule or process on the same subject set forth in the Articles.
