of the way. Once monthy the committee meets for one hour and establishes a company specific Agenda
of Initiatives. The method of operating the committee has been well defined and is truly simple. Your committee learns to monitor potential hazards and implements corrective action, they learn how to
conduct the accident investigations, conduct periodic health risk assessments, and surveys.
